We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement or refund at no charge. We accept refund/ resent in these cases:
- Damaged/ poor quality printed item.
- Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type).
- Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered).
- Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible:
- If you want to replacement a product (defects or errors on our part). You need contact us with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. We will provide you with a replacement free of charge. Replacement will take time like normal orders (3-7 bussiness days for processing and 1 - 4 weeks for delivery).
- If you want to refund an order after product received (defects or errors on our part). Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3-5 days both from us and financial institution’s side).
We do not accept replacement/ refund in these cases:
- Customer chooses the wrong size
- Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided
- Customer do not like the item material (Polyester)
- Customer change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
- Customer returns the product without noticing us.
For all other requests please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. (Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.)
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3-5 days both from us and financial institution’s side) after order cancelled.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
WRONG SIZE ORDER
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER
We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached on the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 3 - 7 days processing) after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our mail email@example.com for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/ or missed parcel deliveries).
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Since your product is custom printed just for your order, we do not take returns. If you have any problem with the item you purchased, please let us know and let our support team do our best to assist you. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
We won’t responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don’t return item to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!

The product was received in the last 30 days.
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different with the one you ordered.
